What is the difference between Cloud and On-Prem?
Hadiq Cloud is hosted by us: you sign up with a card and start in minutes, and your AI usage is included in the seat price. Hadiq On-Prem is deployed inside your own environment, priced per employee, and you supply the infrastructure and the model.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The 14-day Cloud trial gives you the full Pro feature set without payment details. You only add a card when you choose a plan.
Can we use our own model?
On-prem, yes — bring your own LLM or API and route to Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama or a private model you run yourself. On Cloud, AI usage is included in the seat price, and Pro can also connect your own provider keys.
Where does our data live?
On-prem, wherever you deploy — your servers, private cloud or fully air-gapped, and nothing is sent to a third party. On Cloud, your data is held in Hadiq's European infrastructure, isolated per organisation. If you cannot send data anywhere, choose on-prem.
Can we move from Cloud to On-Prem later?
Yes. It is the same product, so your connectors, agents and brand settings come with you. Talk to us and we will plan the migration.
Is it really open source?
The Community Edition is MIT-licensed and fully auditable. Enterprise features are available under a commercial licence.
How are permissions handled?
Every connector syncs its access controls, so answers respect exactly what each user is allowed to see.
What can it actually produce?
Cited answers, plus finished PowerPoint decks, formatted Word documents, charts and deep-research reports — built from your own knowledge and brand.
